Rachel Cheeks-Givan

Rachel Cheeks-Givan is iCapital’s first Global Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer, where she leads the company’s DE&I strategy and plays an active role overseeing iCapital’s Global DEI Committees, Employee Resource Groups, philanthropic efforts, strategic partnerships, and the development of a diverse talent pipeline.

Prior to joining the firm, Rachel served as Pfizer’s Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Lead where she provided thought leadership around integrating the enterprise’s global DE&I strategy. With over 22 years at PepsiCo, Rachel worked at Frito-Lay in the Controller’s function for several years.

Rachel holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University and a bachelor’s degree from Baruch College. She is a former Certified Public Accountant. In 2013, she completed ASCENT’s Mid-level Management Program at Dartmouth College.
